This course is designed to assist investigation teams including managers, supervisors, and safety committee members in incident investigations.

The participants will learn how to develop an incident investigation program, investigate and manage incidents, and implement corrective actions to reduce risks, costs, and incident reoccurrences. This course is intended to provide information, form templates, and investigation tools that can be brought back to your workplace for implementation, no matter what state your existing Incident Investigation program is in.

This course meets the requirements of the SAFE Work endorsed training standard and may also be known as Workplace Incident Investigations on SAFE Work Manitoba’s training portal.

Cost

Existing Levied Members: $100 + GST / participant

Aligned Members: $100 + GST / participant

Aligned Non-Members: $125 + GST / participant

Non-Members: $150 + GST / participant

A company that has paid their annual membership fee and completed a membership or SWC application.

A company whose WCB classification code has been assigned to S2SA and has signed an Industry support letter.

A company whose WCB classification code has been assigned to S2SA and has not signed an Industry support letter OR A company whose WCB classification code is not aligned to S2SA.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a course or require any changes in registrations, please contact your Safety Advisor, or email [email protected]. Failure to provide at least three days notice for cancellations will result in a fee of $75.
