Aislyn Balak [CRST, CRSP]

Aislyn Balak has been a dedicated Safety Advisor and Project Specialist with S2SA since 2019, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Originally from the close-knit community of Grandview, MB, Aislyn relocated to Winnipeg to pursue higher education at Red River College Polytechnic. There, she earned an Environmental Engineering Technology Diploma and an Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, solidifying her foundation in both environmental and safety disciplines.

Aislyn’s commitment to professional excellence is reflected in her achievement of three key designations: Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP®), Canadian Registered Safety Technician (CRST®), and Certified Ergonomic Specialist (CES). These certifications underscore her expertise and dedication to maintaining the highest standards of workplace safety.

Drawing on her roots in a small town, Aislyn possesses a unique ability to connect with employers of all sizes, offering tailored safety solutions that meet the diverse needs of businesses throughout Manitoba. Outside of her professional life, Aislyn values quality time with her family and friends. She is also a proud dog owner and enjoys spending time with her puppy, Sophie, who brings joy and balance to her busy life.
