Description +Anyone can benefit from this course, but the main audience is your company’s safety committee or representative. We suggest sending your whole committee, but at a minimum, your co-chairs. We also recommend your committee takeHazards in the Workplace, previously Hazard Identification and Risk Control.

The person at your organization who will be conducting your internal maintenance audits will need to take this required certification course. S2SA recommends it be taken early so you can prepare for your audit.

A Hazard is a Hazard: Workplace Psychological Health and Safety
Description +Workplace health and safety includes identifying and addressing hazards that can cause mental injury. Learn more about the CSA National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace, raise your awareness of workplace mental health concerns, identify common psychological hazards and learn how to roll psychological considerations into your health and safety program.
This course is offered monthly (beginning Feb 13, 2020) by the Canadian Mental Health Association Manitoba and Winnipeg (CMHA). $150 plus tax.
Free – Impairment And Cannabis In The Workplace Course
Description +SAFE Work Manitoba sponsors this short session to give Manitoba employers awareness on the issues surrounding workplace impairment. There is no charge to members of S2SA. You’ll need to register on the CCOH website to take this course.
