Carson is currently pursuing an Occupational Health and Safety diploma, with plans to complete the program in 2025. He also serves as the Program Safety Administrator, reflecting his commitment to fostering safe environments.
In May 2024, Carson joined the Manitoba Motor Dealers Association (MMDA) as a marketing assistant, building on his marketing expertise. Earlier that year, he graduated from Red River College with a diploma in Business Administration, specializing in marketing. He has since transitioned to a new role at S2SA but continues to help out at MMDA when he can.
Outside of his academic and professional roles, Carson coaches high school football and basketball, where he enjoys mentoring young athletes and helping them develop discipline, teamwork, and perseverance.
