This course is designed for Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Managers to assist them with building health and safety into their daily supervisory duties. Participants will learn about health and safety responsibilities, legislation, workplace inspections, incident reporting and investigation, and health and safety training. There will be an emphasis on building effective communication skills and a positive health and safety culture. The course is comprised of group discussions and a graded test.
