This course is designed for team leaders, supervisors, and managers to assist them in building health and safety into their daily supervisory duties. Participants will learn about health and safety responsibilities, legislation, workplace inspections, incident reporting and investigation, and health and safety training. There will be an emphasis on building effective communication skills and a positive health and safety culture. The course is comprised of group discussions and a graded test.

This course meets the requirements of the SAFE Work endorsed training standard and may also be known as Supervisor Safety & Health Roles and Responsibilities on SAFE Work Manitoba’s training portal

Non-Members: $150 + GST / participant

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a course or require any changes in registrations, please contact your Safety Advisor, or email [email protected]. Failure to provide at least three days notice for cancellations will result in a fee of $75.
